How does it work?
According to RD 35/2023, of April 5, which regulates the activity of outdoor tourist accommodation in Aragon. It is forbidden the sale, lease, as well as the constitution of any real or personal right over the plots. That is why TIGLU establishes a membership for members, so that you can enjoy a plot all year round.
Being a member has the following rights:
Beneficios
– Utilizo mi parcela 100 días al año, lo que supone que me ahorro de pagar el precio de la parcela de 60€ x 100 noches
– Obtengo rentabilidad durante los 90 días que dejo libre mi parcela. Lo que supone 60€ x 90 días x 50% = Ingreso 2.700€
